So, this weeks theme is tarts...vicars are not necessary! I was on nights last night so had to pick something nice and easy so I made good old fashioned jam tarts. Paul and Mary would not be happy though, some have soggy bottoms and there is not a very even bake at all but that's why I am not in that glorious tent!
